What is included

All walks and visits include a walk and/or playtime (based on client’s request), fresh water and a treat (if allowed), and a visit report emailed to you at the end of the visit.

Add $2 per visit for each additional dog.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

K9 Nirvana requires payment in full in advance of all services rendered. We accept cash, checks, Paypal and credit cards.

Payment for midday walks is due on the 1st of the month for that month’s walks without exception. For example, payment for January middays is due on January 1. If payment is made late, clients who qualify for the discounted daily midday rate forfeit their discount for that month. Late payments for occasional midday clients will be subjected to a $25/day late fee. Service will be terminated after 3 days of non-payment.

Payments for vacation visits and overnights are also due in advance. To confirm booking of vacation visits or overnight care, we require 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance is then due 3 days prior to the start of service. Service will not be rendered unless full payment is received prior to the start of service without exception.

K9 Nirvana requires 24 hours of advanced notice of cancellation for regular midday walks to receive credit for that walk. K9 Nirvana requires at least 7 days’ advanced notice of cancellation for non-peak scheduled vacation visits and overnights upon which a 100% refund of your deposit will be issued. Only 50% of your deposit will be refunded if fewer than 7 days’ notice are given for cancellation. No deposits will be refunded for booking during peak times including major holidays, for which holiday surcharges apply, and the summer season that runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
