Requirements
- have previous animal care experience - preferably specialized experience caring for animals of all ages from puppies & kittens to geriatric dogs & cats as well as animals with behavioral or medical issues
- are conscientious, reliable, & honest
- be willing & able to work flexible hours during the week, on weekends, & holidays which often includes last minute requests
- are willing to submit to & pass a background check
- are able to provide references for your past animal care experience
- have a reliable method of transportation
- be willing to educate yourself on various medical conditions, behavioral issues, animal nutrition & current developments in animal care
